The Cash and Payment Operation Team in the Application Management Services is providing application support (maintenance and small enhancements) on Avaloq ACP for the functional area for CH/FL SaaS clients.
The Team covers the topics related to cash and payment operation (payment processes, payment clearing and settlement, cash products) in close collaboration with the Back-Office department.
- Analyze clients’ business requirements, propose and implement technical solutions in Avaloq ACP in close collaboration with clients and other stakeholders (other internal teams or 3rd party providers).
- Analyze and implement bug fixing and solutions enhancements.
- Present technical solutions in line with clients ‘needs, data architecture, existing application code and security principles.
- Build trust worthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as developers, PMs and Client Managers.
- Ensure the high-quality service to the customers in terms of quality of the deliverables, meeting of the SLAs and efficient client communication.
- University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Mathematics or comparable education.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the fintech or financial sector.
- Business know-how in Payment Processes, Payment Clearing and Settlement (SWIFT, SIC / euroSIC, SEPA, BACS, etc), Cash Products is a strong advantage.
- Experience in managing Third Party Supplier and/or Outsourcing Providers.
- Analytical, problem-solving, data-gathering skills.
- Reliable, effective and service oriented.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability to execute planned or exceptional maintenance work during weekends and/or holidays.
- Availability for picket shifts with possible emergency interventions at night or on weekends.
