To support the current growth in Europe, the team is looking for a compliance manager.

Responsibilities

As a Compliance Manager, you'll spearhead the internal efforts to achieve and maintain relevant certifications such as the ISO 27000 series and SOC2.

Secondly, in close collaboration with the executive level, you'll ensure Oper conducts its business processes in compliance with laws & regulations, international standards and accepted business practices.

Third, you'll support the team in compliance dialogues with external stakeholders, such as (potential) clients, partners and (candidate) investors.

Qualifications
  • You own a degree in Economics or Law or any other university degree if combined with relevant experience
  • You've gained 3+ years of experience in a compliance department, an audit- or a law-company
  • You have an affinity with the modern IT landscape & knowledge of relevant regulations such as GDPR & FADP and certifications such as the ISO 27000-series, SOC 2 etc.
  • You possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus.
  • You have experience in a high-paced environment
