You will play a key role in leveraging the Oper platform to solve the clients’ problems and to enable them to reach their ambitions.
Together with other team members within the P&S team (Projects and Solutions), you will work on different projects in different markets and take ownership on the business and functional side of things. You will be the digital mortgage expert that knows the product inside out and can guide our clients towards best-in-class mortgage processes.
- You will host workshops with clients to identify their main needs and pain points
- You will be using tools/practices such as BPMN, UML,.. to document problems and describe target states in a structured manner
- You will take end-to-end ownership on delivery of custom integrations and functionalities needed within the context of a specific project project (including functional analysis and testing)
- You will describe and analyse defects that pop up during a project and together with the engineering team pushing things forward to get them resolved
- You will configure the platform to support the use case of the client
- You will provide feedback to the product teams about product gaps that are identified during client projects
- You will be the expert in the frameworks that exist within the platform and how they can be leveraged to meet the client’s needs
- You will support the sales team on pre-sales trajectories and RFP’s (request for proposals) by leveraging your business and product knowledge.
- You have a proven track record as a business or functional analyst with a minimum of 5 years in a similar context
- You have experience or a strong passion for financial services
- You have experience in the delivery of integrations from a functional point of view
- You love to solve problems and get energy out of structuring things
- You have experience in client-facing roles including hosting workshops (in English and German)
- You are fluent in written and oral English and German communication
