- Implementing the Adnovum cloud strategy with a focus on supporting existing and new clients’ cloud journeys
- Driving revenue from our cloud offerings, supporting sales teams, and engaging in client acquisition
- Providing direction for and driving our growth strategy by developing and promoting cloud engineering and managed service offerings for our clients, as well as managing the corresponding budget
- Managing and enhancing our cloud partner network
- Leading and growing a team of cloud experts
- Managing guidelines and standards, as well as coordinating our education tracks
- Reporting to the leadership team on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (university, ETH, university of applied sciences) in computer science, business economics or business informatics, or similar background
- At least 5 years of experience in business and/or technical leadership role(s) that included customer relationship management and/or technical team management
- Strategic industry knowledge and a strong network in the areas of banking and insurance, the public sector, and/or transportation and logistics
- Commercial and negotiation skills to win new clients and leverage hyperscaler partnerships
- Proven track record of leading cloud transformation projects in the areas of banking, insurance, the public sector, and/or transportation and logistics
- Experience in applying cloud platform knowledge, e.g., by designing and implementing cloud-native architectures with teams of at least 5 people
- Certified as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Solution Architect, or similar is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
