Your field of responsibility

Join us as Head of Digital Strategy in our Communication, Planning & Positioning team for Corporate Communications. In this role you will lead the digital transformation of Corporate Communications, develop new ways of communicating to our audience and leverage data and analytics to measure and drive success. As leader to social media, publishing & design and media monitoring teams you are focusing on the delivery of workflow capabilities programs in an agile and dynamic environment. You have the chance to lead and further build a team of highly skilled and specialized internal and external resources and collaborate with senior partners across the Bank. You are accountable to deliver agreed projects within time, quality and budget applying agility. Digital is a new core pillar of our communications strategy and key to our transformation.

Corporate Communications advises on and actively manages group-wide communications with the media, including corporate, financial, divisional and functional topics. The unit manages and monitors reputational issues and partners with Credit Suisse management and control functions to develop appropriate communication strategies. Corporate Communications plays a crucial role to promote and protect Credit Suisse’s reputation and, in this capacity, facilitates the content compilation and acts as a central approver for all communications from Credit Suisse to external media. Your skills and experience

We are looking for

  • Professional experiences in digital communications including social media and design
  • Experience in leading complex programs and profound knowledge of both traditional as well as agile project methodologies
  • Experiences in Implementing & transforming functions with tools & IT
  • Track record of leveraging data and analytics to measure success and drive change
  • First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with senior partners and various partners across different hierarchy levels in a team environment
  • Ability to engage in effective discussions and articulate the key risks/business process/strategies
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and result driven way of working, and a track record of implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and tasks, along with orchestrating results across a diverse group of internal partners
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
