- you will play one of the key roles in creating our products and the decision-making process, working directly with the CEO.
AdmiTrade is a dynamic trading company dedicated to maximizing returns for investors through strategic trading and investment strategies in the evolving cryptocurrency market.
So far, we have focused on providing liquidity for centralized exchanges, building the necessary technology, and validating the market. We are now embarking on the next phase of our growth by building a platform for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals that offers access to significant depth, dynamic credit lines, and passive capital multiplication methods. Additionally, our goal is to increase our activity as a market maker on centralized exchanges and expand into decentralized markets.
We are currently forming our team, starting with management, to achieve these objectives. Currently, we have a team of 3 Analytics professionals, and we ultimately aim to have 4 Strategy Managers and an expanded team of Analytics. This presents a unique opportunity for candidates to actively participate in building the company and driving its future success.
Your first year as a Head of Trading
- Q1: general strategy consultations, liquidity engine, higher engagement in coop with CEXs, technology team support in platform specification, trading team building kick-off.
- Q2: trading team building, current strategies assessment and development, new strategies development.
- Q3-Q4: strategy and team development.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Build and manage a team of strategy managers and analysts specializing in various trading strategies.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and execution tactics.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates and reports on trading performance, risk metrics, and strategy enhancements.
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Design and develop advanced trading strategies encompassing market making, DeFi/CeFi, lending, and venture strategies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market inefficiencies and profitable trading opportunities.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to translate trading ideas into actionable algorithms and systems.
- Implement robust risk management protocols to mitigate trading risks and optimize capital allocation.
Trading Engine and Liquidity Management:
- Design and oversee the development of a state-of-the-art trading engine tailored for optimal performance.
- Develop and implement features and services around the trading engine to meet AdmiTrade’s strategic goals and client needs.
- Lead the creation and refinement of a liquidity management platform to provide superior depth and dynamic credit lines to centralized exchanges (CEXs), decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and broader markets.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Together with Compliance Team develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor trading activities and risk exposures, addressing potential risks in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of cryptocurrency market trends, news, and developments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to make informed trading decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in leading and managing electronic/high-frequency trading strategies in cryptocurrencies.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market microstructure, DeFi protocols, CeFi systems, and liquidity provision mechanisms.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

- Stage 4: Final Interview with the CEO: checking the mutual fit and expectations, as well as some strategic questions (about 1h).
