You are leading the standardized ATM service offering, driving the target operating model and handling vendor strategies and relationships, while maintaining strong cost management practices.

- drive the ATM Pooling Offering and develop its operational strategies
- lead vendor management, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- take ownership of the target operating model, optimizing processes and standards
- oversee cost management, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency
- collaborate across teams to conceptualize and implement innovative ATM solutions
- 3+ years of expertise in ATM management, including operational strategies and service development
- 5+ years of experience in the Swiss Financial Industry, understanding market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- experience with target operating models and cost optimization
- leadership-Experience (Team-Level)
- strong skills in vendor management and stakeholder negotiations
- fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
