Crypto Finance is looking for a Product Manager - Staking, who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
As a member of the Product Management team at Crypto Finance (Brokerage) AG, you will work in close cooperation with other Product Managers as well as with Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing throughout the product lifecycle. Join us and become the go-to expert in the product’s business, market, and competition. You will help tell the success story of the product: from developing the vision and creating the roadmap to conducting market research and applying industry insights based on the inputs from internal stakeholders and customers.
The starting date is as soon as possible in our new office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.
- Manage and coordinate technical projects for the Staking products across different teams and disciplines
- Design and specify front-to-back processes from scratch and improve existing ones
- Collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases as well as monitor, report, and improve product performance based on trials, MVPs, and customer feedback
- Assess pricing and revenue potential in addition to developing and delivering go-to-market launch plans
- Write and maintain easy-to-understand technical (and client-facing) documentation as well as prepare and oversee demos, workshops, and training sessions with clients
- Provide Marketing with materials and documentation based on product vision and roadmap, and promote the products to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other channels
- A fast-learning, driven, detail-oriented, creative, and dependable individual
- Excellent understanding of and experience with blockchain, staking/mining, smart contracts, and the “crypto space” at large is a must
- Ability to understand and break down processes of complex technical and economic structures
- Excellent communication skills, preferably in finance, fintech, and/or IT
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines, which may include working outside of business hours
- Excellent English; German is a plus
- Previous work experience in finance or fintech is a plus
