HSG Entrepreneurship
The Entrepreneurship & Innovation (E&I) Service Center at the University of St. Gallen is looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. (limited by 01.01.2026 until 31.12.2028)
- Organize, lead and run the Best Founder Programme and related events
- Organize and overseen marketing activities
- Case scouting and pipeline management
- Coaching students, alumni and affiliates
- Participation in specific projects
- University degree in business, marketing or in a related field
- Professional experience (at least 2-5 years) in project management, innovation or marketing management
- Very good German and English skills
- Professional and self-confident appearance, high commitment and motivation, ability to work in a team as well as independently and proactively

Their aim is to support students and all other HSG-members on their entrepreneurial path, independently which level they reached so far (Idea, Prototype, ready for market). With their Best Founder Programme, they offer support across all phases from ideation to incubation and scaling.
