We are looking for a highly motivated investment professional with at least three years of experience in the Venture Capital industry - ideally in the Fintech sector - who thrives on excellence. At Seed X, success requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong investment expertise, and a relentless drive to learn and grow every day.
- Due Diligence: screen and assess venture investment opportunities with scrutiny
- Venture portfolio management including reporting to stakeholders
- Networking with other VCs, including finding outstanding deals and/or closing rounds
- Prepare investment proposals and execute approved transactions including legal work
- Liaise with and monitor portfolio companies, including assessing later rounds of financings and potential exits
- Degree in finance, engineering, law, natural sciences or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a VC firm
- Track record in deal-making and portfolio management in VC
- Literate in analytical tools and data management
- Excellent communication skills in German and English. Further language skills are always beneficial
- Ideally, you bring some entrepreneurial experience
- You are part of the build-up of an ambitious investment company
- Strong development potential in venture investing with a lot of responsibility and decision-making
- Attractive package including base salary and significant investment-results-based compensation
- You’ll report directly to the Managing Partner
Our office is in Liechtenstein and/or Zurich, working remotely is possible
