You will develop strategies for the digital transformation in the Financial Service industry by working in the business technology consulting team. The strategies will be developed and set into action for you to experience the results of your work. Innovative strategies will help Capgemini clients to reshape the financial marketplace in Switzerland and change the direction of the future.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in Switzerland
- Minimum of 3 years of technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation and investigation in Private banking
- Familiarity with either core systems, tech transformation, target operating model, architecture design and implementation of banking services and financial technology
- Understanding of banking specific processes and tools in Private banking
- Knowledge of digitalization and technology trends in the financial industry
- Several years of experience in Consulting Services
- You have a University degree (ETH, Uni, FH) in (business) informatics, business administration, financial services or economics.
- Ability to lead project streams and small project teams
- Project experience in Financial Service Transformation
- Excellent knowledge of English and German/French languages
