As a Strategy Manager, you will be an instrumental part of the SDX Strategy team reporting to the Head of Strategy. You will play a key role in continuously refining SDX Strategy in an excitingly dynamic environment, at the crossroad of digital securities and crypto markets. You will analyse competitive dynamics and the evolution of business models driven by regulatory and market trends. You will work closely with corporate development, business units (digital securities, crypto) and new business development teams, to shape the future of Digital Market Infrastructure and SDX.
- Support SDX Head of Strategy in shaping SDX’s strategic direction in alignment with SIX Group Strategy and in coordination with the various business unit
- Manage SDX competitor & industry analysis across areas of focus, e.g. digital securities, crypto (custody, trading) and non-traditional businesses e.g. non-bankables. Define competitors & industry trends, analyse case studies.
- Analyse, scope and high-level design new business opportunities in digital securities and crypto currencies
- Management of Strategic Planning cycle, e.g. Executive Committees, Board of Directors
- Work closely, train/coach, junior resource in the team
- 5+ experience in corporate strategy, product strategy. Experience in financial services is a must, financial market infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
- Working knowledge of digital assets and crypto currencies
- Ability to lead & drive strategic initiatives independently, from inception to handover for execution / further analysis to Product Teams (Value proposition, Business case / Financials, Resource requirements, High level solution design, etc)
- Collaborative mindset to build strong relationship within SDX, SIX, our client base, and industry players
- Fluent English, German is a plus
