- Create, produce, and publish engaging content; write, edit, proofread, and translate (German and English)
- Manage content (with a focus on SEO) and distribute, while building a following across all platforms, incl. email, social media, website, blogs, and videos
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content suppliers are on board
- Stay up to date with developments, and generate new ideas to draw audience attention
- Support the Marketing Team with new marketing initiatives, communications, and product launches
- Provide support on a wide range of tasks, and assist all teams with additional projects, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in communications, journalism, German, English, or related field
- Good understanding and experience of B2B communications, ideally in finance (preferably in the crypto finance industry, or with a strong knowledge and interest in blockchain technology and crypto assets)
- 3-4 years’ experience in a dynamic working environment, e.g. agency or start-up
- Proven work experience as a Content Specialist, and knowledge of SEO, so to effectively reach audiences through organic search
- Native German and/or English speaker; excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is mandatory
- Dependable, hands-on, and collaborative approach with attention to detail; ability to work well under tight deadlines, entrepreneurial mindset, resilient, and ability to take initiative and to work proactively
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; experience with WordPress is a plus.
