ESG Product Owner
Description
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for developing our ESG service offering for Asset Managers & Institutional Clients and be the go-to person for all ESG questions pertaining to Asset Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Pictet Asset Services proprietary ESG solution that enables our client’s funds to comply with global ESG requirements.
- Manage the product development requirements and liaise with the fintech selected and internal team for the IT implementation & maintenance.
- Act as the PAS ESG Expert for discussions with our clients and internal teams.
- Train client relationship managers and business developers to elevate understanding and awareness around this topic. Participate in client acquisition meetings when required.
- Engage with PAS clients in collaboration with our client relationship management teams to help them define and refine their ESG investment outlook.
- Manage the ESG service offering such as our Reporting capabilities
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance and Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- Ten years’ experience in financial services, ideally within project management and client relationship management.
- Solid understanding of European and Swiss fund structures, as well as proven expertise on article 8 and article 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
- In-depth understanding of custodian bank services, third-party fund administration and operational flows.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven expertise in building partnerships.
- Objective-driven and creative solution provider.
- Strong influencing skills, coupled with the ability to rally multiple business partners towards a common goal.
- Solid understanding of banking systems, CRM tools as well as a strong focus on data integrity.
- Fluent English; any other European language would be an asset.
- The chosen candidate must be resident in Switzerland
