As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and business stakeholders, to drive product development from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the fintech landscape
- Translate business goals into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and FE Developers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces
- Engage with development teams in agile ceremonies, providing guidance and clarifications on product requirements
- Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features and improve overall user satisfaction
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to assess the performance and success of product features
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the fintech industry
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Capability to develop strategic product plans
- Effective in articulating ideas and engaging with team members and stakeholders (the team is 100% Remote)
- Knowledge of BDD and Gherkin for clear requirement specification
- Familiarity with financial services and a deep understanding of user needs in the fintech space
- Focus on enhancing customer experience to guide product development and innovation
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing requirements
