- Take on the role as Senior Legal Counsel for the Crypto Finance Group
- Take full responsibility of leading strategic, group-wide business initiatives and projects in the General Counsel Office, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Advise on new business initiatives and product offerings from a legal and regulatory perspective in a fast-paced international environment
- Support the Group General Counsel in current legal and regulatory matters related to the Group
- Manage communication with and requests by regulatory agencies (FINMA, BaFin)
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, policies, etc. and manage outside counsel
- Perform various periodic and ad hoc Company Secretary/Corporate Housekeeping tasks for the Group
- Work proactively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Group
- Support new business concepts, and ensure that complex products and innovative business ideas have a solid legal framework
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory development
- 4+ years of experience as Legal Counsel; regulatory and project management experience are highly desired
- A Master’s degree in Law or “Lizenziat” in Law from a Swiss University; admittance to the bar and additional relevant education is an asset
- Knowledge of Web 3.0 and DLT is a strong asset
