Fin.com has raised US$20 million seed round as it emerges from stealth. The funding will support its infrastructure for cross-border payments.
Expa and Uber co-founder Garrett Camp led the round. Coinbase Ventures, Figure’s founders and Mesh founder Bam Azizi also took part, alongside sovereign and royal family offices across the Gulf and Africa.
Cross-border money movement has long relied on bank messaging systems, local rails and manual processes.
Fin.com brings that fragmented infrastructure into one network.
The company calls this a single orchestration layer. It lets businesses collect, convert and move funds through local rails, USD accounts, SWIFT and stablecoin settlement.
It holds licences across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia.
Fin.com grows by acquiring licensed local payment operators rather than raising capital to enter new markets directly.
It then integrates each one into its network. Seven acquisitions are complete, with twelve targeted by year end.

“Like Bending Spoons, they combine acquisitions with speed, operating discipline, and the ability to make strong businesses more valuable together.
We’re excited to help them build Fin.com into a defining global financial brand,”
said Vitor Lourenço, Founding Partner at Expa.
The company plans to expand into new payment corridors and pursue a bank acquisition within six months.
