CTI Invest, the leading venture platform in Switzerland has launched a new Deal Matching Platform to connect startups with investors. The technology, which lets the Swiss private equity and venture capital community benefit from permanent deal flow and speed up due diligence, was developed by Zurich-based DealMarket AG, a company specializing in fintech solutions.
DealMarket has been bringing top-notch technology to a very traditional PE industry since 2010. The company offers the most comprehensive Deal Flow Management tools, used by over 15 thousand investment professionals across the globe.
Deal matching in the venture industry has always heavily relied on offline networking and face-to-face connections. However more and more investors start realizing that the conventional way of deal sourcing poses way too many limitations, and extending their networks through online deal platforms significantly scales their deal flow.
“Our technology enables traditional offline networks to collaborate, share, review and rate the best investment opportunities in a much smarter and simpler way. With CTI Invest now being able to scale their network and deal flow we will see benefits for the whole Swiss ecosystem”
– says Urs Haeusler, CEO of DealMarket.
With over 90 members (both local and foreign), CTI Invest has helped most innovative Swiss startups raise more than CHF 550M since 2003. Apart from the financial success in fueling Swiss innovation, the association has been setting standards for the whole venture community in Switzerland.
“After a decade of operations we know for sure that spreading best practices in startup financing is what brings the highest pay-off in the long term”
– says Jean-Pierre Vuilleumier, CTI Invest’s Managing Director.
Let’s see – this time CTI Invest might set a new standard for deal matching in the Swiss PE industry.
