Nuvei has partnered with Kolleno to embed its global payments network into Kolleno’s AI-powered finance workflows.

Businesses can now accept and reconcile invoice payments without leaving the collections, dispute and cash application tools they already use inside Kolleno.

The partnership addresses a common gap in B2B finance. One system chases the invoice, but a different system takes the payment and reconciles it.

Kolleno is an AI-powered order-to-cash platform. It automates accounts receivable tasks, including collections, dispute management, credit risk monitoring, cash application and financial forecasting.

Nuvei’s payments infrastructure now sits inside that platform. Customers can pay however they choose on the same screen where the invoice is managed. The payment is then matched back to it automatically.

This reflects a wider shift in finance automation. Finance teams have increasingly turned to AI to manage collections, cash application and forecasting.

Payment acceptance has typically remained a separate system outside that workflow.

Combining the two shortens the path from invoice to collection. It cuts the manual work of matching funds received against outstanding invoices.
