Thomas Memmel will become CEO of Adnovum, the Zurich-based Swiss software company, effective January 2027.
He succeeds Reto Isenegger, who has served as interim CEO since March 2026.
Memmel brings more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and IT and consulting leadership across Switzerland and Germany.
He was most recently a member of the Zühlke Group’s executive board, where he led the firm’s global financial services business.

“Thomas Memmel combines strategic leadership experience with a deep understanding of our clients’ challenges. His proven track record in developing new business areas and successfully advancing international business units makes him exceptionally well qualified to lead Adnovum through its next phase of development,”
said Adrian Bult, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adnovum.

“Cybersecurity and AI are becoming increasingly important for our clients. The combination of these two fields presents significant opportunities for Adnovum. I look forward to continuing Adnovum’s successful development together with our employees and to remaining a trusted partner for our clients in the years ahead,”
said Thomas Memmel, incoming CEO of Adnovum.
Isenegger will continue leading Adnovum as interim CEO until Memmel takes office.
The Board thanked him for his commitment during the transition and for maintaining continuity and stability.
