The Zühlke Group, Swiss-based IT service management company, has partnered with daura AG a digital equity platform, in order to digitalise Swiss SME shares.

By using the platform, different classes of shares, e.g. specifically for employees, can be digitally represented with supplementary agreements.

This enables shareholders to obtain and manage their shares directly via the Internet, free of charge and independent of their domicile.

For the company, the administrative effort involved in managing the share register and corporate actions is reduced, at the same time. daura relies on a blockchain infrastructure operated in Switzerland by Swisscom and Swiss Post.
