Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (Suisse) (BIL Suisse) has renewed its core banking and technology partnership with Avaloq.
The boutique private bank will continue using the Avaloq platform via a software-as-a-service model to support automation across its banking operations and integrate third-party fintech services.
Under the extended agreement, Avaloq will manage the bank’s core system, infrastructure, and regulatory updates. This setup is designed to help BIL Suisse scale efficiently while maintaining stable and compliant operations.
The two companies will focus their joint innovation efforts on Avaloq’s open architecture.
BIL Suisse plans to use this framework to securely integrate third-party services. The approach will help strengthen its know-your-customer (KYC) processes and improve data connectivity across its banking ecosystem.
Beyond the core platform, BIL Suisse will continue using Avaloq’s Banking Operations service to support high levels of straight-through processing in securities and funds processing.
Avaloq says the service reduces manual intervention in the back office by embedding risk controls directly into daily workflows.

“For more than 40 years, BIL Suisse has served the Swiss market with a deep commitment to tailored service and a boutique approach inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of our people,”
said Tobias Kamber, General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at BIL Suisse.
Christian Haux, Managing Director for Switzerland and Liechtenstein at Avaloq, said:

“Looking ahead, we will work closely with BIL Suisse to advance the bank’s digital transformation, delivering higher levels of automation and supporting a high quality client experience.”
BIL Suisse provides wealth management, advisory, and lending services to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and professional intermediaries across the world.
