TravelPerk, a Barcelona-based business travel platform, has announced a US$200 million Series E funding round led by European venture capital firm Atomico, alongside EQT Growth, with contributions from Noteus Partners and existing investors, including Kinnevik and General Catalyst.
The oversubscribed round has nearly doubled TravelPerk’s valuation to US$2.7 billion.
The funding will support the company’s growth, including its continued expansion into the US market, following the acquisition of AmTrav in 2024, and significant investment in product development, technology, and AI to enhance its travel and expense management platform for SMEs in the US and Europe.
In addition, TravelPerk has acquired Yokoy, a Swoss company specialising in AI-powered expense, invoice, and card payment processing.
Commenting on the acquisition, JC Taunay-Bucalo, TravelPerk President and COO, said,

“Until now, customers faced trade-offs between integration and quality, or between user and finance experiences. Now, they can have the best of both worlds—integrated solutions and exceptional service.”
Yokoy’s Co-founder and CEO, Philippe Sahli, added,

“Our collaboration since 2020 has been successful, and we’re thrilled to unite as one company to enhance the customer experience further.”
TravelPerk has demonstrated sustained growth, with annualised booking volumes exceeding US$2.5 billion, revenue surpassing US$200 million, and 50% annual growth over the past two years.
The company also reached EBITDA break-even in late 2024.
