ETFBOOK has raised US$13 million to expand its ETF data intelligence platform into the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
The round was led by Expedition Growth Capital, with existing investor BlackFin Capital Partners also taking part.
The Zurich-based company connects fragmented ETF data from multiple sources into a single feed.
ETFBOOK delivers its data through APIs, an analytics platform called ETFBOOK Platform, and a service called Workforce that combines its data with clients’ own sources. It is also adding an AI conversational layer.
Its clients include ETF issuers, fund administrators, market makers, authorised participants, asset and wealth managers, and hedge funds.
The company serves more than 70 enterprise clients in Europe, with recurring revenue growing more than 100 percent annually in recent years.

“There is no single source of truth for global ETF markets across ETF data layers.
That’s the problem ETFBOOK is solving, and this round is what takes our AI-native approach from the EMEA region into the AMER and APAC markets,”
said Pawel Janus, Co-Founder and CEO of ETFBOOK.

“With new funding, we will scale our product offering into the AMER and APAC regions, delivering an unprecedented level of unification and depth in ETF data and analytics,”
said Bartlomiej Igla, Co-Founder and CTO of ETFBOOK.
The funding will support new teams in New York and Hong Kong, alongside its delivery hub in Cracow, Poland, and a new US entity.
Steve Twomey, a Boston-based Partner at Expedition Growth Capital, is joining ETFBOOK’s board to support the US expansion.
