Fenergo, an Irish fintech SaaS provider, has announced 300 new jobs at its Dublin headquarters as part of a €100 million Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) expansion plan supported by Enterprise Ireland.
The company will also add 200 roles internationally, bringing the total number of new positions to 500 over the next three years.
The new jobs in Ireland will be based at Fenergo’s new RD&I Centre of Excellence in Dublin. Roles will focus on developing AI-powered solutions for client lifecycle management (CLM), anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
Recruitment is underway for mid-level engineering and R&D positions, alongside a graduate programme for up to 30 university graduates.
Fenergo CEO and founder Marc Murphy said:

Enterprise Ireland Interim CEO Kevin Sherry added:

Fenergo reported that 97% of its revenue in the year ending March 2025 came from exports.
The company recorded a substantial profit in FY25 and expects strong EBITDA profitability in FY26.
The announcement was made alongside Enterprise Ireland’s 2024 export results, which showed record exports of €36.75 billion, up 7% on 2023
. Europe overtook the UK as the largest export market for the first time, with €10.63 billion in exports, followed by the UK at €10.52 billion and North America at €7.30 billion.
All sectors recorded growth. Non-food exports rose 8% to €20.5 billion, while the technology and services sector grew 7% to €9.05 billion.
Digital tech exports increased 9% to €3.16 billion, and fintech and business services rose 5% to €2.90 billion.
Enterprise Ireland client companies spent €42.65 billion in the Irish economy in 2024, including €13 billion on payroll.
