Zurich-based SaaS provider Rivero has announced a partnership with Zurich-based financial services firm SIX to implement its fraud recovery and dispute management platform, Amiko.
The collaboration will enable SIX and its partner banks to optimise the chargeback process with self-service features for cardholders.
Amiko will be used for fraud and dispute cases involving debit cards issued and/or processed by SIX for over 100 Swiss banks starting in 2026.
SIX, a major debit card processor in Switzerland, handles fraud and dispute cases for its partner banks.
The integration of Amiko aims to streamline dispute resolution, reduce media disruptions, and improve operational efficiency for chargeback agents and analysts.
