moneyland.ch, a Zurich-based independent comparison platforms for financial, insurance and telecom products, has appointed Immo Hütte as its new Managing Director, effective June 1.
Hütte, who currently serves as Director Marketing and Digital Intelligence in the Finance and Insurance business unit of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group (SMG), will take over operational leadership of moneyland.ch while continuing in his existing role at SMG.
SMG acquired moneyland.ch in June 2024.
He succeeds founder Benjamin Manz, who has successfully led the company since its establishment in 2013.
Under his guidance, moneyland.ch has grown into a trusted name for unbiased financial comparisons in Switzerland. Manz will remain with the company as an expert, focusing on content and comparative analysis.
Hütte brings more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and comparison platforms.
He has been with SMG for the past five years, playing a key role in the development and marketing of digital financial products.
His prior experience includes leadership roles at Sunrise Communications and Tradedoubler.

Since 2024, moneyland.ch has been part of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, complementing the Finance and Insurance business unit alongside FinanceScout24.
The platform will continue to operate as an independent brand.
