F10 – Swiss FinTech Incubator and Accelerator wants to bridge the gap between the Swiss and Asian ecosystem.

There are several reasons for the decision to extend innovation outside Europe and make it more global. Switzerland and Singapore have a lot in common and despite their small size and markets, they also have important finance and fintech hubs, as stated by F10.

Furthermore, the two countries have enjoyed “excellent relations” when it comes to business, according to the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and today, Singapore is Switzerland’s most important trading partner in Southeast Asia.

Moreover, a lot of talent can be found across the ocean as F10 has seen during the Hackathons in the past. To take it one step further F10 opened beginning of this month an office in Singapore to offer the renowned P2 «Prototype to Product» program. It’s tailored for international FinTech, RegTech and InsurTech early stage Startups. With this step F10 is aiming to create more synergies between the Swiss and Asian ecosystems.
