A jury comprising 19 decision-makers and opinion leaders from the Swiss fintech sector has selected the finalists for this year’s Swiss Fintech Awards from over 60 applications.
The “Growth Stage Start-up of the Year” finalists are:
Rivero provides a suite of SaaS products intended for participants across the payment ecosystem. Its offerings are built to digitise and automate key processes, including fraud prevention, dispute management and compliance. By streamlining these functions, Rivero’s tools are aimed at lowering operational costs and improving efficiency.
Taurus delivers infrastructure for digital assets through a fully integrated platform that supports secure custody, asset tokenisation and trading. A recent addition to its offerings is an interbank settlement system, which the company sees as a step towards building future capital market infrastructure.
In the “Early Stage Start-up of the Year” category, the finalists are:
tiun aims to become the “SBB EasyRide for the web”, enabling a new business and payment model for digital content including online newspaper articles, videos and podcasts. Its intelligent system allows users to pay based on actual usage, rather than subscribing or purchasing individual pieces of content. This model offers potential advantages for business clients, such as newspaper publishers, by improving customer acquisition and conversion. tiun’s system is also designed to complement traditional paywall models with additional flexibility.
Yainvest applies behavioural finance research to deliver a Software as a Service solution for asset managers. Its platform uses data analysis and artificial intelligence to improve understanding of investor behaviour and reduce biased decision-making. The tool can identify important behavioural blind spots, helping asset managers to make more informed investment choices.
The shortlisted companies represent a range of innovative solutions in digital assets, AI and payment systems, demonstrating the continued relevance and influence of the Swiss financial centre within the global fintech landscape.
The finalists will present their innovations on 11 June in Zurich at the Swiss fintech conference hosted by Finanz und Wirtschaft.
The winners will be announced the same evening at the Swiss Fintech Awards Night.
