Revolut has selected Fourthline as its strategic identity verification partner following a competitive request for proposal (RFP) process.
Revolut sought a partner capable of supporting its expanding operations while maintaining high standards in compliance and customer experience.
Initially, Fourthline will support Revolut’s customer onboarding processes across the EU and the UK, with the possibility of expanding into additional markets in the future.
The decision to partner with Fourthline was based on the firm’s ability to meet Revolut’s operational requirements, including scalability, regulatory compliance, and integration efficiency.

“Our exponential growth across multiple markets demands a compliance partner that can keep pace with our expansion, while maintaining the seamless user experience our customers expect,”
said Alberto Riveroll Usabiaga, Head of Retail Onboarding at Revolut.
“After a rigorous selection process, Fourthline demonstrated impressive technological capabilities and a proven track record of working with fast growing partners, making them the clear choice for Revolut’s next phase of growth.”
Revolut will integrate Fourthline’s verification technology via a single API, aiming to ensure consistent compliance standards across different jurisdictions.
Fourthline’s platform incorporates proprietary artificial intelligence tools, including biometric analysis, active liveness detection, and document verification.
Krik Gunning, Co-Founder and CEO at Fourthline, commented:

“Winning Revolut’s competitive RFP represents a significant milestone in Fourthline’s journey. As financial regulations continue to evolve differently across global markets, our technology provides forward-thinking institutions like Revolut with the adaptability and security they need to scale confidently.”
