Neho, a real estate brokerage firm in based in Vaud, Switzerland, has announced the acquisition and integration of Acheteur.ch, a French-speaking Swiss startup that has been active in property brokerage since 2022.
The move is part of Neho’s broader aim to consolidate innovative initiatives within the Swiss real estate sector.
Acheteur.ch SA was co-founded in 2022 by Yoan Basset and became known for raising CHF 1 million in funding and for its distinctive model, which offered free support to property sellers.
The startup, supported by a committed team including Louis Rivière (Chief Marketing Officer) and Bryan Abate (Chief Technology Officer), aimed to bring greater efficiency and transparency to the sales process and positioned itself among newer players in the market.
Following the acquisition, some members of the Acheteur.ch team have joined Neho.
The Acheteur.ch brand will be maintained and repositioned to complement Neho’s activities.
It will serve as a platform to test new services aimed at private property owners and buyers, with a particular focus on property valuation and market transparency.
Acheteur.ch will also function as an additional acquisition channel for both sellers and buyers, allowing Neho to broaden its reach and offer more targeted services.

“The integration of Acheteur.ch’s services is a very positive step for the Neho Group. Our values of transparency, innovation and fairness are closely aligned. This partnership will help us advance our mission to transform real estate brokerage in Switzerland,”
said Eric Corradin, Chief Executive Officer of Neho.

“We could not have hoped for a better partner than Neho to support Acheteur.ch in its next phase. Being part of Switzerland’s leading property brokerage firm, with such a fair, transparent and forward-looking vision, made perfect sense,”
added Yoan Basset, Chief Executive Officer of Acheteur.ch.
This acquisition comes at a time of significant growth for Neho, which has hired more than 40 new employees in the past six months.
The company is currently developing additional services such as buyer representation and renovation support, while continuing its core mission of offering private property owners a complete and fairly priced sales service.
